- 240 g tuna (canned, drained)
- 30 g of breadcrumbs
- 30 g grated Gruyère cheese

1. Preparing the zucchini:
- Wash and grate the zucchini (you can also cut them into small cubes if you prefer a different texture).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the grated or diced zucchini for about 5 to 7 minutes, until it loses some of its water. Season lightly with salt and set aside.
2. Preparing the cake mixture:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7).
- In a large bowl, break the eggs and beat them with a whisk.
- Add the well-drained tuna and coarsely crumble it into the mixture.
- Add the breadcrumbs, grated Gruyère cheese, and sautéed zucchini. Mix well until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
