2. Then, in a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil, add everything and cook until golden brown for a few minutes.
3. Meanwhile, bring enough water for the pasta to medium heat in a saucepan.
4. Continue with the cherry tomatoes: cut them in half and add them to the pan with the other ingredients. Cook them until tender and season with pepper to taste.
5. Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan cheese.
6. Meanwhile, in a food processor, add the basil leaves, olive oil, water, salt, and pepper, then the grated cheese. Blend everything until a paste is formed.
7. When the water is ready in the pan, add salt to taste and add the pasta. While it is cooking, you can add a few tablespoons of hot water to the tomatoes in the pan.
