Bacon to taste

40 g of parmesan
20 ml of milk

Preparation
1. First, cut the bacon into small pieces, crush 1 clove of garlic, and place it in a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil until golden brown.
2. Next, remove the garlic clove from the pan and place the bacon pieces in a container.
3. Meanwhile, chop the cabbage and add it to the pan with the remaining oil from the bacon. While the cabbage is stirring, season it with salt and pepper and let it simmer over low heat.
4. Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan cheese.
5. Also, heat a small pot of water with a pinch of salt for the pasta. Once the desired temperature is reached, add the pasta.
6. Next, remove the cabbage from the pot and place it in the blender bowl (reserve some). Add the grated cheese and 20 ml of milk, then blend until you get a paste.
7. Finally, add the pasta to the pan with the remaining cabbage, the sauce, and a few drizzles of olive oil, and mix well.
8. Finally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese to taste and serve this exquisite dish.
