Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Make the Bacon Ranch Layer
In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, grated Parmesan, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
