Ingredients :

  • 150 g of blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 and a half bananas
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 small handful of raw broccoli
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 4 tablespoons of ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary leaves  (preferably fresh)
  • 500 ml of filtered water

Preparation :

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Cut fruits and vegetables into pieces to make blending easier.
  3. Place everything in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
