You don’t need to  completely change your eating habits . Here are some simple ideas:

To chew as is  : chew two cloves with a glass of warm water in the morning.
As an infusion  : Boil 2 or 3 cloves in a cup of hot water for 10 minutes for a spicy and  comforting drink .
In your recipes  : add them  ground  to your soups, stews or even to a  homemade smoothie .

A word of caution  : don’t overdo it. Start with one or two cloves  a day at most  , as too many can  irritate your stomach .
