How to prepare rosemary alcohol? Rosemary alcohol, the recipe you will learn now, is for external use only.
It is revitalizing, antirheumatic, circulatory stimulant, relieves muscle tension and pain, treats injuries, and combats tendonitis, bursitis, varicose veins, cellulite, cramps, and muscle fatig
It should preferably be made with fresh, recently harvested rosemary.
You can take the dried herb, but the resulting product is less concentrated.
To make rosemary alcohol, just put some rosemary branches in a glass bottle and cover with 70° alcohol (sold in pharmacies).
Let it rest for 15 days in a dark place.
Shake the glass every day.
The resting time can be longer; some people prefer to leave it for 40 days to make the preparation more concentrated with the active ingredients of the plants.
But 15 days is a good time.
After the soaking time, strain/filter the alcohol, put it in a glass and seal it tightly, protecting it from light and excessive heat.
Apply as a friction/massage.
Do not use alcohol internally or on mucous membranes and wounds.
After applying it to the skin of the painful area, wash your hands immediately, so as not to risk, by forgetting, getting your hands into your eyes, which could cause irritation.
Apply a maximum of three times a day.
This natural remedy should not be used by people with epilepsy, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and children under 7 years of age.
