Health Benefits of Lipton (Black) Tea, Cloves, and Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lipton black tea bag (or any black tea bag)

  • 3-4 whole cloves

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced thinly (or 1 tsp ginger powder)

  • 1-2 tsp honey or lemon (optional, for taste)

  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.

  2. Add the sliced ginger and cloves to the boiling water.

  3. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes so the flavors infuse well.

  4. Turn off the heat and add the Lipton tea bag.

  5. Steep the tea for 3-5 minutes (adjust to your preferred strength).

  6. Remove the tea bag, cloves, and ginger slices.

  7. Add honey or lemon if desired, and stir well.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
