Step by step instructions

1. Prepare the potatoes

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Scrub the potatoes clean (leave the skin on so they’ll be crispy!).

Cut carefully: Place a potato between two chopsticks or wooden spoons (this prevents you from cutting it all the way through). Make thin slices (about 6 mm apart).

2. Season and butter
