Casserole is perfect for Thanksgiving

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) . Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or a 2 quart casserole dish.

2. Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix , whole kernel corn , creamed corn , sour cream , and melted butter . Stir until everything is well combined.

3. Optional Cheese Addition:
If you’re using cheddar cheese , fold it into the mixture. You can also sprinkle some on top for a cheesy crust after baking.

4. Bake the Casserole:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 50 minutes , or until the casserole is golden brown on top and set in the middle.

 

5. Cool and Serve:
Let the casserole cool for about 5 10 minutes before serving. This will help it set further and make it easier to slice.
