I’ve been in a wheelchair since the age of 17.

My sister told me not to use it on her wedding day because it would “ruin the aesthetic.

As I refused, she snapped: “Then don’t come at all!”

Therefore, I smiled and told her,

“Well, since I can’t come, I…”would simply follow her wishes.
